Our public meeting process
A public meeting is an opportunity for the Commission to hear the community’s views on the SSD application and DPHI's Assessment Report and any recommended conditions of consent.
Our public hearing process
A public hearing is only held if a formal request is made by the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces. If such a request is made, the Commission must hold a public hearing.
