The Independent Planning Commission has been granted a time extension by the Secretary of the NSW Department of Planning and Environment for the determination of the Glendell Continued Operations Project (SSD 9349). The reasons for this are explained in the following correspondence:

The extension to 22 July 2022 will allow the IPC to consider advice on how best to determine the Glendell Application in a timely, lawful and procedurally fair manner. A further extension may be necessary for the determination to be completed.
