The Independent Planning Commission has scheduled a third community drop-in session for local community members to ask questions about the Public Hearing and submission processes of the Commission in relation to the proposed Bowdens Silver Mine.
Two drop-in sessions will take place in Mudgee, with a third session now scheduled in Lue.
Commission staff will be on hand at the drop-in sessions to answer the community’s questions about how the Public Hearing will run, provide guidance on navigating the Commission’s website, assist people in accessing their previous submissions and explain the steps involved in making a new written or verbal submission on the application.
Anyone wishing to speak directly to the Panel about the Bowdens Silver Mine should register to speak at the Public Hearing, as these drop-in sessions are only to provide guidance on the process and how the community can engage with it. Drop-in sessions are not attended by the Panel, and staff of the Commission holding these sessions are not able to discuss or hear submissions on the details or impacts of the proposed project.
Lue - Drop-in details
Commission staff will be on site and available to answer your questions on the Commission’s process at the Lue Community Hall, 52 Cox St, Lue NSW 2850

Monday 28 September between 6pm and 9pm
