PSSOSD Actual Public Meeting Schedule_v2

The NSW Department of Planning, Industry & Environment has now completed its evaluation of Sydney Metro Pitt Street South Over Station Development – Stage 2 (Detailed Design and Construction) (SSD 10376), in Sydney’s CBD, and provided it to the Independent Planning Commission NSW for determination.

The Commission has also received the Department’s assessment of Sydney Metro Pitt Street South Over Station Development (SSD 8876 MOD2) which seeks to modify the original concept approval to include ‘retail premises’ as a permitted land use and allow for protrusions beyond the approved building envelope.

Commissioners Chris Wilson (Panel Chair) and Professor Helen Lochhead have been appointed to determine both the SSD and modification applications. They will host a Public Meeting from 10am AEDT on Monday 22 March 2021 to hear directly from community members.
