In accordance with Clause 25 of Schedule 2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, the public meeting transcript was available on the Commission’s website from 4 May 2018 to 1 June 2018 (being 28 days after the determination decision was notified by the Department of Planning and Environment).

A copy of the transcript from the public meeting is available on request from the Commission.
